Princess Cruieses have been around for over 40 years and are now owned by Carnival. Over the years, Princess has made it a point to revamp their line of cruises so that they don't show their age and to bring them up to par with the competition. The fleet that Princess currently has is definitely an improvement than a few years back but at times it is apparent that the ships are a little outdated.
